Volt is immediately hiring for Die Room Tech in Fort Worth, Texas.
As a Die Room Tech you will:
- Operate the folder/gluer machinery, managing the folding/gluing process.
- Set up the machine efficiently for production runs.
- Load printed material and scan semi-produced products to start jobs.
- Ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping standards are met.
- Label skids of finished products.
- Repair and maintain metal stamping dies, including draw, trim, progressive, and pierce dies.
This is a full time/temp to hire opportunity.
Hours: 1st shift, 6:30am-2:30pm
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience operating a flexo folder gluer or similar equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage efficient setups.
- Familiarity with corrugated sheets and the folding/gluing process.
- Familiarity with various types of dies.
- Experience in die repair and maintenance.
- Able to lift 50lbs-70lbs (Team lifts encouraged)
Pay Rate: $17.26 per hour
