What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stockroom clerk position at Volt?
Volt is immediately hiring for Stockroom Clerk in Greenville, SC.
As a Stockroom Clerk you will :
- Issue Material physically
- Enter information into SAP for material issued
- Research purchase order data in SAP
- Make phone calls to vendors to check on purchase orders and deliveries
- Inventory counts for parts
This is a full time opportunity.
Hours : 7am-3pm
The ideal candidate will have :
- High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred.
- Basic computer skills
- Phone skills
- Excellent communication, must be able to talk with employees and vendors comfortably
- Safety shoes required
Pay Rate : $17.39 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
