Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and operating systems
- Set up and manage user accounts in Active Directory
- Collaborate with network administrators to ensure smooth operation of LAN/WAN infrastructure
- Assist in the administration of network devices, including firewalls and switches
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of desktop support principles and practices
- Proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues
- Experience with Active Directory administration
- Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems for issue tracking
- Understanding of network administration concepts, including LAN/WAN infrastructure
- Knowledge of firewall configuration and security protocols
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.25 - $24.39 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Bloomington, IN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
