Job Overview:

Duties:
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and medical history
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform diagnostic tests and procedures, such as specimen collection processing and laboratory analysis
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Utilize case management skills to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth transitions between healthcare settings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Respond effectively to emergencies and provide basic life support when necessary
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in [STATE]
