This entry-level position is the face and voice of our facility, and you set the tone for pleasant interactions and experiences. Depending on experience, you earn a starting wage of $15.00/hour. We also provide great benefits and perks like:

WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT BECOMING AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

THE HOURS:

You have a standard Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule.

YOUR ROLE:

In this entry-level position, you help ensure our clients have pleasant experiences with our office and receive the support they need. You're at the front desk of our mental health facility, speaking with clients and assisting them both over the phone and in person. With a warm voice and a friendly smile, you answer questions, provide great customer service, and direct clients to the appropriate place or department.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills

3 years of experience in a similar role would be preferred, but it's not required. What matters most is that you're positive, respectful, and able to fully perform the job requirements!
