YOUR NEW ROLE
As our coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Crisis Stabilization Unit, while adhering to our policies and contractual agreements.
But this position offers much more than just coordination. In this role, you will have the thrilling opportunity to work closely with a diverse group of individuals, including personnel, clients, visitors, governmental agencies, and the general public.
Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will shine as you tactfully handle various situations and provide the necessary support to those in need.
As part of your responsibilities, you will also provide discharge planning and psychiatric technician duties as required.
As a team leader, you will have the chance to supervise and evaluate the performance of our staff. You will be responsible for enforcing disciplinary measures and making recommendations regarding staff hiring, terminations, and wage adjustments, demonstrating your leadership skills and commitment to maintaining a high-performing team.
Furthermore, you will evaluate and develop training programs to meet the specific needs of our staff. Additionally, you will have the exciting opportunity to participate in community events and conduct outreach and marketing activities.

REQUIREMENTS
Inpatient psychiatric hospital experience would be a plus.
