Responsibilities
- Work with auction team to organize, coordinate, plan and execute the annual "Mane Event" auction and live event
- Help coordinate volunteer efforts for all aspects of the event, from invitations and thank you's, item pickup and shipping, ticket sales and event venue set up, and more!
- Establish relationships with local businesses to obtain auction items (goods or services) or financial donations, including event sponsorships
- Recruit and coordinate volunteers to support the above activities
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing fundraising events
- Creativity and willingness to innovate and try new things
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
