The Counselor will be responsible for providing structured and informative treatment/educational groups in a reentry residential setting and maintaining appropriate documentation for each client. Additional duties will include providing individual counseling and assisting with all aspects of the department's Quality Assurance process.

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or Human Service or its equivalent in specific job experience. At least two (2) years of verifiable work experience providing direct services to AOD clients in a treatment format. Experience with the homeless population, residential services, and familiarity with available community resources is preferred.
