Areas of Influence and Responsibility
In this role you will represent our Rokbak business in the US by supporting our finance team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Accounts Payable – Understand the complete process, audit, code, & enter invoices.
- Accounts Receivable – Record & post cash receipts, AR Aging analysis, facilitate collections, send invoice copies and statements, interact with customers, and resolve AR account issues.
- Credit Control – Assist with the establishment of customer credit limits, constrained credit releasing, and credit issues as they arise.
- Other Business Control Tasks – Various reconciliations, projects and period end closing tasks, including working with Success Factors and other systems.

Required knowledge, experience, education:
- University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or related discipline
- 0-3 years of professional experience gained in accounting area in an independent position (internship experience is included)
It is a plus if you have…
- Power BI &/or Power Automate knowledge
- Construction Industry knowledge
- Experience with a dealer management software package
