E-Commerce Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

An E-Commerce Customer Service Associate handles all customer service aspects of the Von Maur website.  Primary job responsibilities of an E-Commerce Customer Service Associate are:

-Follows up on customer questions either over the phone or in writing.

-Finds solutions to customer problems and investigates situations.

-Provides excellent customer service to customers with website and ordering issues.

-Traces lost packages by communicating with the shipping company and the customer, and by referring to package records.

-Communicates with the Credit department regarding customer information and concerns.

-Collects information from customers to process orders via phone.

-Composes customer correspondence through email, social media and live chat.

-Works with Loss Prevention personnel on website security issues.

This position is in-person, located in Davenport, IA. Must be able to work a schedule that consists of day, night and weekend shifts. No remote work available.

Our corporate headquarters and E-commerce facility are located in Davenport, Iowa.
