What are the responsibilities and job description for the PC Deployment Technician position at VortalSoft?
The candidate will work onsite at a location to image, deploy and test approximately 250 Windows 10 desktops with some customer application installation required on specific PCs.
Responsibilities
- Software and network configuration and troubleshooting
- Software installation
- Printer/peripheral installation
- Image workstation for new deployments
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Record-keeping and asset management
- Work proactively to ensure that services delivery is aligned to the client needs
- Delivering computer and/or printer orientation
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
