Job Summary & Essential Functions
The following describes in general terms the purpose and scope of the position. The Director of Finance, under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function and overseeing and enhancing the organization's Accounting and Finance technology systems. This role combines FP&A, technical expertise in ERP technology with a deep understanding of finance and accounting to ensure the effective administration and utilization of these critical resources.

This role combines FP&A, technical expertise in ERP technology with a deep understanding of finance and accounting to ensure the effective administration and utilization of these critical resources.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Lead and own the financial budgeting and forecasting process
- Utilize Accounting & Finance technology systems to gather and analyze data related to employee accounting, financial performance, forecast, budgeting and reporting.
- Generate reports and provide insights to support strategic decision-making within the Accounting & Finance department, the Executive Management Team and SCs.
- Drive executive level presentation materials that equip Senior Leadership with decision driving insights and inform Leadership of variance root causes, mitigation strategies and required business decisions
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Accounting & Finance technology solutions, such as ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) and other related systems.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure the integrity, security, and functionality of Accounting & Finance technology platforms.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to streamline Accounting & Finance processes through automation and technology.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to educate employees about the accounting and finance technology stack.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and informational sessions to ensure employees understand ERP and related tools.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance master’s degree optional.
- Extensive experience in Accounting & Finance technology management.
