Job Description

In your role you will: 

  • Provide technical leadership to the department
  • Promote best practices
  • Manage technical documentation 
  • Ensure software distribution and maintenance 
  • Respond to technical issues, propose solutions
  • Be the team's point of contact for external parties
  • Promote collaboration and engagement between team members
  • Supervise the firmware department team: 
  • Ensure employees have the knowledge, information, and tools needed to do their jobs. 
  • Distribute the work of employees fairly by managing priorities and ensuring quality 
  • Follow up on projects and inform the people involved of their progress 
  • Propose solutions when deadlines cannot be met 
  • Ensure the hiring of new employees and their integration; 
  • Promote team spirit and a healthy work environment;

Qualifications

The candidate will be successful and have a sense of accomplishment if they possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences;
  • 7 years of experience in this field;
  • An excellent multi-tasker, extremely detail-oriented and motivated to play a key role in a growing company;
  • Assertive, take-charge attitude, ambitious, creative, and team player;
