Profile Summary

This paid internship will provide students enrolled in an accredited program the opportunity to work in a real-world, high-tech environment. Please Note: Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home or allows work to be performed in any of our major office locations with a hybrid schedule.

Profile Description

Students have the opportunity to work with a variety of systems, from traditional office applications, to sophisticated security systems, networking, web, and other technologies. It is a fast-paced environment that affords the right candidate a unique opportunity to be exposed to a variety of technologies and its application to solution business opportunities and challenges. Knowledge & Experience

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering or related fields
• Minimum GPA of 3.2
• Self-motivated, excited about learning, comfortable working in a collaborative environment characterized by open sharing of feedback to achieve optimum outcomes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Detail oriented with solid analytical capabilities - being able to see things differently than others with substance and relevance

Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. Voya is required by Colorado and New York City law to include the salary range for this role when it can be performed by a Colorado or New York City resident. The pay range is $23 to $27 per hour. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
