Job Posting for Regional Nurse at Voyage Long Term Care
Voyage LTC is looking for an RN or LPN with a passion for Long Term Care who enjoys supporting direct care teams. As a Regional Nurse you work collaboratively with facility management teams, and other regional and management company team members to ensure the delivery of quality care and regulatory compliance. Our Regional Nurse acts as the primary resource for training, monitoring and coaching Nursing Department staff members & Nursing Leadership. This position participates in mock surveys for assigned facilities and may assist such facilities during annual and complaint surveys by State and CMS, including preparation and implementation of plans of correction.
