General Requirements
The SE II position requires performance as a technical contributor on projects and business pursuits as a Systems Engineer with an understanding of disciplined system engineering processes as well as technical domain knowledge.
This SE II position requires effective communications and interfacing with engineering staff across a program to accomplish Systems Engineering assignments.
This SE II level position will provide opportunities to work directly with technical peers, chief engineers, systems engineering and program managers within the company.
Responsibilities
This job requires the candidate to perform system engineering tasks, inclusive of those identified below, with minimal supervision:
Required: Two (2) years to four (4) years of experience with a minimum of one (1) year in signal collection and signal processing systems
Preferred: Current DoD TS / SCI Clearance
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in the field of Engineering, Computer Science. or equivalent
Preferred: Master’s degree in the field of Engineering, Computer Science. or equivalent

Responsibilities
This job requires the candidate to perform system engineering tasks, inclusive of those identified below, with minimal supervision:
- Proposal Generation, both Technical and Cost
- Requirements Development, Segmentation, Flow-Down, Verification, and Validation, inclusive of RVTM (requirements verification traceability matrix)
- Perform as a Project Engineer developing project plans and executing schedules to closure
- Work with program management, VP of engineering, chief engineers, and principal engineers to appropriately anticipate, identify and manage challenging issues, program risks, and program opportunities
- Provide detailed technical input to the project team regarding technical decisions on projects in the areas of:
- RF Requirements and Design
- Digital Signal Processing Hardware and Software Architecture Implementations
- Detailed Hardware Design and Implementation
- Detailed Software Design and Implementation
- Systems Integration and Test
- Other related job duties, as assigned.

- Demonstrated understanding with Signal Processing Architectures and airborne SIGINT collection systems
- Familiarity with INCOSE
- Familiarity with MATLAB, Python, or other software languages, and MS Windows Office Tools and Products
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level (requires U.S. Citizenship).
