Summary & Responsibilities
Our Ridgefield, NJ manufacturing facility is looking for a Warehouse Clerk Coordinator on 1st shift. The coordinator will collaborate with Quality Control Lab, Warehouse / Shipping, and Production departments to plan manufacturing operations effectively and efficiently.
Maintain inventory of ancillary manufacturing equipment and materials.
Ensure day–to–day maintenance of department’s manufacturing records.
Coordinate with IT to set up new hires with appropriate equipment and credentials.
Input data from batch records into AS400 system.
Coordinate with appropriate departments to complete tasks such as validation batches, make and fills, disposals, and bulk ship outs.
Publish daily manufacturing schedule in accordance with company production goals.
Create and maintain spreadsheets to track batch information, approval times, schedule adherence, etc.
Prepare ad hoc reports based on manufacturing data.
Education & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2 years’ relevant experience.
Prior experience with POs, inventory management, and AS400.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Proficient with computers and strong Excel / Adobe skills.
