Overview

What's the gig? 

Run an upscale restaurant with class, charm, efficiency, and fun. Our standards are high, but we have a hell of a lot of fun doing it! We have a fresh, young, talented team looking for a fearless leader to keep that pep in their step. 

Responsibilities

• Training and coaching FOH staff. Keeping them on their game with high service standards. 
• Glad-handing our guests during every service. Creating relationships with the regulars, learning names and quirks. 

• We won't bog you down with office work! Very little administrative work and you don't have to do payroll! 
• Details, details, details! There is no detail too small when it comes to service. 
• Demonstrative experience with controlling labor and cost of goods.

Job Type: Full-time 

Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
