Looking for an individual with a strong customer service background for a part-time position with our circulation and membership management team. Much of the role is answering incoming calls from customers and members, answering their questions, helping them renew, and processing payments
Training will take place in office and once complete, this role is hybrid. Typically two days in office and three days remote each week.
