Customer Service Rep - Circulation/Membership Mgmt

Looking for an individual with a strong customer service background for a part-time position with our circulation and membership management team. Much of the role is answering incoming calls from customers and members, answering their questions, helping them renew, and processing payments

Training will take place in office and once complete, this role is hybrid. Typically two days in office and three days remote each week.

Desired qualifications include:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail as well as multitasking skills
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent time management
  • Able to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently
  • The ability to work with multiple interruptions
  • Previous experience with a multi-line phone system is a plus
