What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at VPOC?
We are a well-established privately held company with 26 employees in the mid-peninsula that develops, operates, and leases real estate (both commercial and residential). We currently have a great opportunity for a full-time bookkeeper to join our team to support the accounting department.

Experience and Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree in accounting required
· 1 year of bookkeeping experience required
· Above average proficiency of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive) and aptitude for learning various other programs, such as our accounting software, Yardi
· Good people skills; relate well on phone and in person
· Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Analytical and problem-solving skills
· Detailed oriented
· Subject to COVID-19 restrictions, the position requires daily physical presence in our office
