This role will serve as the primary point of contact and process manager for any claims related to our vehicle inventory and insurance. They will be responsible for working cross functionally in order to implement strategies in order to reduce exposure and increase efficiencies.  This will reduce costs company wide. This role will have a wide scope of problem solving and decision making ability/authority because the Asset Recovery Manager often takes the lead when multiple departments have stake in a process. Although it will take individual focus and skills, interpersonal and team skills are required when working cross-functionally with other departments. Also will report findings and results to Senior Leadership as well as recommend changes needed and best practices in the area of risk management.
