Real Estate Media Photographer

• 
  An experienced photographer, particularly in real estate/architecture. If you don't have such experience then having an attitude & willingness to learn is paramount.
• The ability to learn all of VRX's processes, systems, & how to efficiently perform all of the core services we provide to our clientele (3D Tours, HDR Photography, Drone Photography/Videography, & general Interior Videography).

• Someone with excellent customer service & professional business communication skills (you'll be engaging with the clients on a daily basis).
• Reliable Internet Upload Speeds -- you will be uploading media every day so make sure you have upload speeds (not download speeds) that can handle the large media files.
• Willingness to drive, with reliable transportation as you will be servicing an extensive market area, not just the metropolitan area.
• Even though the position is listed as "part-time", we're looking for someone with the motivation & ambition to join our team and help us grow the market, with our ultimate goal being that this position becomes full-time with you servicing multiple appointments per day.
  
  

• 
  A DSLR camera with the ability to shoot in AEB mode and a wide-angle lens (as an example we suggest the Canon EOS 80D with the Canon EF-S 10-22mm Ultra Wide Angle Lens as a minimum requirement).
• A Matterport Camera, any model, or the compatible Ricoh Theta Z1 or Theta X, for capturing real estate properties in a 3D model.
• A Drone with AEB photography and 1080p/60fps videography capabilities and an FAA Part 107 License.
• Interior Video equipment capable of 1080p/60fps. Either a professional setup using your DSLR or we suggest as a minimum requirement an iPhone 8 or newer (or a comparable Android), with a handheld gimbal (ex. Osmo Mobile 5), and a wide-angle lens attachment (ex. Moment 18mm lens) external lens not required if you have an iPhone 12/13 or newer Android.
• Note: Equipment and drone license is required within 30 days of signing the contract, we can assist you with acquiring anything you do not currently have to perform our services.

  Our clientele has the ability to book our services online, and you will receive live notifications through our backend systems when they book an appointment.
• You will be required to arrive at the appointed time/location & perform the requested services.
• Afterward, you will be required to:
  • Batch the multiple exposures through a software program to create HDR photos & upload them to our editors.
  • Upload 3D models to our company Matterport account.
  • Quick edit & upload any video footage that was taken that day to our editors.
