This technology-forward practice uses state-of-the-art vision care technology to diagnose and treat a wide array of eye diseases. Utilizing the latest technology, the practice leverages automated lanes, Optos, anterior and posterior optical coherence tomography, autorefractors, frequency doubling technology, Humphry visual fields, automated lenses, pachymeter, topographer, and virtual reality for vision therapy. Patients enjoy an upscale ambiance while they shop top brand eyewear in the optical boutique—plus, the Opticians work closely with the patients to select proper frames for cosmetic, lifestyle, and vision needs. About the Full-Time Associate Optometrist Opening Mayer and Shah Optometry is seeking a full-time Associate Optometrist committed to providing top-notch quality eye care and unparalleled customer service. In this role, you'll practice full-scope optometry and perform comprehensive exams every 30 minutes—approximately 16 patients are cared for daily. With fully equipped exam lanes and dedicated support from highly-trained technicians, you'll have the opportunity to spend adequate time with each patient. The practice is looking for an Associate Optometrist interested in a long-term opportunity to grow with a practice and directly contribute to profitability. A candidate with experience in medical optometry, specialty contact lenses, and additional ocular specialties will be an asset to the team. For the right Associate Optometrist, a potential partnership within five years of employment may be available. To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and compassion for patient health and safety. In addition, the ideal candidate will want to develop skills through mentorship with experienced doctors continuously and be willing to integrate new techniques and innovations that improve patient care and services.
