Email Campaign Execution:
Collaborate with the email marketing team to assist in the planning, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns.
Utilize email marketing software to build and deploy email campaigns, ensuring accurate segmentation, scheduling, and tracking.
Content Development:
Assist in crafting engaging and persuasive email copy that aligns with the Department’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing email templates, graphics, and images that enhance campaign effectiveness.
List Management:
Maintain and manage email subscriber lists, ensuring accurate segmentation, data hygiene, and compliance with relevant regulations
Assist in growing the email subscriber base through various channels, such as website opt-ins, events, and lead generation activities.
A/B Testing and Optimization:
Assist in designing and implementing A/B tests to optimize email campaign elements, including subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and present findings to the team.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate regular reports on key email marketing metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement levels.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve email campaign performance and achieve marketing goals.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure campaigns are compliant and effective.
Assist in monitoring and implementing strategies to maintain high deliverability rates and minimize spam-related issues.
Collaboration and Innovation:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and social media manager, to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and business objectives.
Contribute creative ideas and suggestions for new content formats, campaigns, and strategies to enhance the company's content marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Sophomore/Junior/Senior majoring in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, technology or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in content creation and editing, with a solid grasp of grammar, punctuation, and style.
