Job description

Your role would be that of a real estate Photographer, traveling to residential and commercial real estate and taking photos of those properties, as well as creating social posts and reels for platforms such as Insta, Tik Tok, Facebook, etc.

You will also be working alongside the ownership team creating and communicating creative ideas to help move the company forward. The ideal candidate is a friendly, responsible, caring individual who has a desire to try new things and work to grow a common goal

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Traveling to residential and commercial real estate addresses and taking photos of those properties and land. (service area is SW Pittsburgh) *service area can be seen @ https://www.realvues.com/serviceareas
• An eagerness to grow photography skills
• Must be coachable and be willing/able to follow systems and processes
• Capture high-quality still images for various projects
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques in photography
• Uploading your raw images to a FTP folder at the end of every work day for editors. This is a must as we do offer next day turn around.
• Maintaining and checking your calendar nightly for any job updates for the next day.
• Arriving at scheduled time for all jobs with a professional appearance(casual attire) and conduct

What we need from you

• Solid customer service skills are a must (it is as much about the experience on site as it is providing quality products)
• Have an eye for creativity
• Basic knowledge of computers (there will be no editing of the photos required)
• Valid drivers license/ reliable transportation (there is a decent amount of driving involved)
• A computer with reliable internet
• Flexible schedule

Equipment that is typically used on our photo shoots:

• DSLR Camera
• Heavy Duty Tripod
• Wide Angle Lens
• PC/Mac Computer

*If you already have camera equipment please let us know the brand and model of your relatable equipment. Some/all equipment can be provided

WHO SHOULD APPLY: This is a Full-time position for someone with a desire to learn

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Some Weekend Availability

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Part 107 Drone License (preferred)

WHERE: This position serves the Pittsburgh and its surrounding areas

WHEN: Shoots will vary based on time of year and photographer availability. Some evenings and Saturday shoots may be required. Generally, the photographer will take between 25-35 photos per home and may be on location between 45 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes for photography

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
