Responsibilities
- Supervise administrative staff responsible for running payroll for multiple locations in North America
- Optimize and create systems for payroll activities
- Audit payroll and ensure accuracy on payroll, garnishments, taxes, commissions, bonuses
- Manage the Federal and State tax reporting system
- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations
- Manage Long Term Incentive (LTI) programs and stock option programs
- Partner with Executive Team to plan total rewards packages
- Lead research to identify competitive compensation structures
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience managing the aforementioned responsibilities in a publicly traded company
- Experience managing payroll for multi-state and multi-site operations
- Knowledge of US and Canadian tax laws and regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
