Position Overview: Contract-to-Hire (3 Months)

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team initially on a 3-month contract basis, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent organizational and time management skills
2. Collaborative, strong interpersonal skills, and solid ability to cultivate relationships with colleagues, partners, and other content producers
3. Able to perform efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines to ensure high-quality of work with strong attention to detail and under limited supervision
4. Bachelor’s degree is required, major in journalism, communications, or a relevant field is a plus
5. At least one year of experience in film, media, or relevant industry
6. Authorized to work in the United States

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Brand Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with brands, ensuring their needs are met. Promptly address any concerns from brands. Execute professional communication across various channels such as email, phone, and in-person interactions with office visitors.
2. Budget Management: Create, oversee, and manage the project's financial resources and expenditures.
3. Team Assembly: Recruit and hire key personnel, including directors, writers, actors, and crew members.
4. Schedule Coordination: Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring all phases are completed on time.
5. Resource Allocation: Secure and manage necessary resources, including equipment, locations, and materials.
6. Creative Oversight: Bridge communication between client and Creative Director, along with other creative team members to shape the project's vision.
7. Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with clients, freelancers, and other stakeholders to keep them informed and manage expectations.
8. Problem Resolution: Address and solve issues that arise during production, from creative conflicts to logistical challenges.
9. Quality Control: Review and approve various elements of the production to ensure they meet quality standards.
10. Legal Compliance: Ensure the production adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
11. Contract Negotiation: Handle negotiations for rights, talent agreements, and other necessary contracts.
12. Post-production Supervision: Oversee production, editing, sound mixing, visual effects, and other post-production processes.
13. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to investors or studio executives.
14. Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the project and develop mitigation strategies.

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
