Here, you will make an impact by: Manage team of technicians and assemblers responsible for product build, support and repair Collaborate with customers, buyers/planners, customer service, production, and shipping teams to ensure product is built, repaired, refurbished, and shipped on time Track yield/PPH/working hours, prioritize actions, and track/report results on a daily/hourly basis Establish, post, and maintain training matrix Provide regular reporting of PPH, back order, back log, and build/service status Comply with applicable FDA and international regulatory laws/standards and the Vyaire Code of Conduct. Other duties as assigned or required Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: High School Diploma required 1-5 years' supervisory experience in relevant Service and /or Operation Functions. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred Experience of creating and implementing process and procedure documents (SWIs and SOPs) Good verbal and written communication skills Understanding and knowledge of respiratory care and/or ventilation principles desired ERP systems knowledge Lean training/six sigma background a plus Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel is desired) Travel: May include up to 10% [domestic/international] Relocation Assistance: May be authorized Benefit elections are among the most meaningful choices that we make for ourselves and our family. Vyaire offers a fixed and variable pay structure for our Assemblers. Base range in California for the Supervisor Assembly position is $64,000 to $96,600.
