Responsibilities
∙Understand business strategy, business outcomes, customer and regulatory needs
∙Represent the business and customer being a voice with the team to ensure alignment with
desired outcomes
∙Prioritization of team backlog
∙Ensures stories are well formed and aligned with the desired business outcomes
∙Accepts backlog items as being complete
∙Responsible for overall quality of the delivered solution and alignment with business objectives
∙Actively collaborates with team members to ensure backlog items are refined and understood
∙Participates in sprint planning, sprint demo, sprint refinement, sprint retrospectives, PO syncs
∙Supports and encourages the team in continuous improvement to more efficiently and effectively
achieve business outcomes
∙Is the key person to link and maintain the relationship between journey leadership and the agile
- delivery team
