We have an immediate opening for a full time Warehouse Administrator in our Warminster, PA headquarters, which is conveniently located and walkable from Septa bus stops and local regional rail station in Warminster, PA.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organization with a long tradition of excellence and an outstanding reputation

As Warehouse Administrator you will work collaboratively with multiple departments including purchasing, production, operations, and planning.  This is a critical position to the organization and candidates must be dependable and punctual.  Must have strong technical aptitude, with the ability to learn and master new programs quickly and easily. 

Key responsibilities for the Warehouse Administrator:

  • Assist with developing and improving daily analytic tracking and reporting
  • Provide receiving support, inventory control, order processing, etc.
  • Assist with project work, process improvement initiatives, and workflow distribution
  • Prepare and process work orders; maintain, process and deliver sales orders to production departments
  • Ensure accurate data entry and vendor contact database
  • Complete daily attendance reporting for department and provide administrative support to warehouse team
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification for the Warehouse Administrator:

  • Minimum 2-4 years’ related administrative or clerical support experience
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Computer proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Experience with an ERP / WMS (warehouse management system) or similar software highly desired
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization as well as outside customers
