Returns

Overview

The returns processor will receive and process return shipments inspecting stock for quality and identification, completing paperwork and entering information into Pegasus or AX.

For candidates based in New York State, this position typically pays between $16.00 - $20.00/hr.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Obtaining credit for returned product from vendors.
• Determine return status (i.e. return to stock, partial credit return, etc.).
• Update fulfillment system utilizing Pegasus.
• Maintain daily returns related information manually or on a computer as required.
• Identify potential problems on customer accounts and orders.
• Maintain a detailed daily log of all activities.
• Process customer returns with United and SP Richards WebScore terminals.
• Perform other department or company related projects as assigned.
• Working with other warehouse managers on proper returns procedures.
• Manage cross dock accuracy on returning stock product.
• Assisting with receiving and same day orders.
• Preparing and processing UPS Shipments.
• Completing Damage Product forms as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to read invoices.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities successfully.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to converse, read and write in English.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
