The company is looking to expand with an organized detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills.

Job Summary: Upon completion of the companies training program, you will work with their client's marketing & operations groups in their approval process of advertisements & medical content. Your responsibilities will include previewing advertisements & content, setting up and participating in review meetings, documenting revisions, editorial review and proofreading, and system maintenance related to their client’s database.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
  • Competent in MS Office Suite
  • Detail and results-oriented
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong oral and written skills

Employment Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Background check and drug screen
