Qualifications:
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, OR in a related discipline with transferrable knowledge and experiences - Minimum of 2 years of data analytics and/or secondary market research work experience - Experience selecting and managing external vendors - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) - Proven project management skills - Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities - Strong attention to detail, business acumen, good organizational and time management skills, and people skills— wrapped in a solutions-oriented mind set with an interest in delivering results - Strong analytical capabilities and willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools and software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to take on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines - Ability to travel up to 15% Desired Qualifications: - MBA a plus - Secondary market research work experience directly related to the implantable medical device arena - Demonstrated experience with business intelligence software (ex. Tableau, Power BI) *Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed.
