Job Overview:
The Technical Inside Sales Representative serves customers by providing Excellent customer service support – responsibilities include:
Taking care of customer needs ~ Exceeding customer expectations ~ Providing product and service information ~ Providing support to outside sales ~ Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders ~ Troubleshoots and rectifies customer complaints/issues
Duties:
Provide excellent customer service for all incoming calls
Provide pricing and technical information
Expedite existing orders
Prepare quotations in ERP program and/or formal quotation on letterhead
Fill orders by entering in ERP program, communicating expected delivery date
Projects as assigned:
o Take offs
o Other
Perform all other duties as assigned
