Position: Repair Technician

• How would you describe this job to a friend or family member(job duties & description)?
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition meeting OEM requirements
  • Install mechanical parts such as radiators and condensers
  • Perform calibrations and final scans
  • Perform body repairs on metal or plastic, frame repairs, and weld in new panels.
  • Perform quality control checks
  • Perform test drives and system function checks
• Pay range:
  • Pay depends on skill level and speed.The more skill and speed, the better the pay. If paid hourly, pay ranges between 17 - 25 per hour. If paid flat rate, pay is between 19 and 20 per flag hour.

• Qualifications (2-3 Deal Breakers like Class A CDL, certifications, etc.):
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage parts in excess of 70 pounds.
  • Must be able pass a background check and drug test.
  • Must be dependable.
  • Must maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Must be willing to complete I-Car and other training to maintain and increase skillset for the industry. (Pay increases are dependent upon completion of continuing education)
