Job Summary
We are looking for an Analyst who has a passion for uncovering data-driven insight to join our Integrated Intelligence team. Integrated Intelligence (or I2) is the practice formerly known as Analytics. We changed our name to more closely identify with the innovative work we do beyond just data analysis. We integrate across data sources, functions, methodologies, and technology, and we’re providing intelligence because our data leads to insights and our insights lead to action. And when you put those two things together, we are exponentially better at helping our clients make critical business decisions.
Our team designs custom methodologies to deliver consultative research for clients. This process involves both quantitative and qualitative data analyses, using a variety of different social and digital analytics platforms. As an analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends and developing competitive analyses, across web, search, media and social channels.
Analysts are an integral part of the story-telling process, assisting in everything from research design development to insights synthesis and delivery. Curiosity and a willingness to think outside the box are a must, as we are often tasked with answering age-old communications and marketing questions in a new way.
Responsibilities
Aggregate, clean and organize data across various digital and social analytics platforms (e.g. Meltwater, Symplur, Facebook Analytics, Brandwatch, Google Analytics)
Work with larger project team to synthesize research into a strategic narrative that will guide our clients’ communications and marketing strategies
Manage recurring social and online media monitoring
Assist on monthly and quarterly social listening, measurement and trends reports
Conduct influencer assessments to inform client/influencer engagement programs
Build keyword-based queries to collect data
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience or internship in the healthcare or technology industries
General understanding of the digital and social media landscape and passion for social media analysis
Familiarity with basic keyword development and/or Boolean query building
Experience navigating digital and social media monitoring tools like Meltwater (Sysomos), Brandwatch (Crimson Hexagon), Symplur, Google Analytics
Competence in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong reading comprehension and writing skills
Self-starter with the ability to ask questions, brainstorm solutions, and think outside the box
Ability to handle multiple project tasks in a fast-paced environment while remote
