Typical Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain schedule for multiple advisors to accommodate their preferences while balancing client needs.
- Assist Advisor(s) in identifying and serving the needs of our clients.
- Debrief with Advisor after client meetings and enter notes/actions into CRM.
- Work as a liaison between Advisor and staff to manage business needs.
- Ensure advisors are prepared in advance for every meeting.
- Ensure advisors are meeting commitments to clients for follow ups, proposals, deliverables, etc.
- Prepare advisors for the week and day ahead.
- Regularly review advisor task list and ensure completion.
- Maintaining proactive communication with clients as scheduling commitments dictate.
- Input client meeting notes and assign Workflows within CRM.
- Ensure all meeting notes are received and follow up diligently for outstanding notes.
- Organize travel arrangements and other special projects as needed.
- Handle sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner at all times.
- Reply promptly to emails and phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Any other support duties as requested by firm members.
Qualifications and Experience
- Financial Services / Wealth Management experience strongly preferred.
- Must be able to pass a federal background check and drug test.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with a Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Knowledge and Skills
- Attention to detail and organization, with a high level of accuracy.
- Initiative and ability to multi-task.
- Dependable, willing to put in extra effort, motivated to tackle problems, comfortable with periodic pressure and able to assist a wide range of personalities and temperaments.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
