We are a non-profit dedicated to healthy births and successful child development, is seeking a part-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team in Antioch, CA (with the possibility of working at our Richmond clinic as well).
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventative care, health education, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
Conduct physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.
Prescribe medications and immunizations.
Collaborate with the Medical Doctor and other healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
Valid California license to practice as a Registered Family Nurse Practitioner.
Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
Board certification in family practice is a plus.
Experience in primary care is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and electronic health records.
