- Prepare AV signal flow schematics, elevations, and plate diagrams.
- Research AV product information as needed for drawing preparations.
- Incorporate AV construction related details into existing architectural drawings, such as electrical requirements and mounting.
- Keep up to date with the latest technology and theories concerning AV systems integration.
- Copying, batch plotting, and distribution of drawings.
- Work hand in hand with Sales Engineers, Project Manager, and Lead Installer.
- Maintain a work log and timesheets to document work performed.
- Proficient in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Having a background in electronics and architectural drafting and 3D modeling experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, electrical drawings, and related materials.
- Help maintain drawing file structure system for office.
- Have knowledge of construction trades.
- CTS certification is preferred but not required.
- Communicate effectively with peers and clients.
- Willing to negotiate wages based on experience.
