Full job description
We are seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facilities management, mechanical systems, and maintenance management.
Duties
- Manage and supervise the maintenance team
- Ensure the proper functioning of all mechanical systems including HVAC, logic controllers, and low-voltage systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficiency and safety
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
- Maintain accurate records of equipment service history and repairs
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in facilities management and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and HVAC
- Familiarity with logic controllers and low-voltage systems
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to manage a team effectively
