Full Job Description

Job Title: CNC Programmer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts. If you have a strong background in CNC programming, machining, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize CNC programs using software.
Set up and operate CNC machines including and milling machines.
Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as and .
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime.

Experience:

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
Proficiency in software, preferably .
Familiarity with principles.
Strong knowledge of machining techniques and materials.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Skills:

Lean manufacturing
CNC programming
Lathe operation
Proficiency in using calipers
Knowledge of precision measuring instruments
Experience with Coordinate measuring machine (CMM)
Machining expertise
CAD software proficiency, especially AutoCAD
