The company's Injection Molding, a division located in Palmer, MA seeks a second shift, hands-on Injection Molding Supervisor who is eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. This position will direct the daily activities of 10 to 15 molding operators.

Skills
- Working knowledge of various types of injection molding machinery
- Capable of set up, processing, and troubleshooting injection molding machines.
- Working knowledge of injection molding machine controls
- Extensive mentor and training experience in the role of shift supervisor
- Must be familiar with many types and grades of injection molding resins.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft office (excel and word)
- Forklift experience is preferred.
- Must have a positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
