What are the responsibilities and job description for the Land Surveyor position at W3Global?
Entry Level to Experienced Land Surveyor
We are looking for a motivated individual wanting to begin a career in land surveying. Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right individual with full opportunity of advancement to his or her full potential. Candidates with all types of experience are encouraged to apply and will be considered based on such experience and abilities. An undergraduate degree is preferred but not necessary for an entry level position. Candidate will be part of a 2-person survey crew responsible for all aspects of survey filed work such as property line, data collection, utility surveys, inspections, construction layout and as-built surveys to project completion. Office portion includes compiling data, research, plan drafting and any other task necessary to assist in project completion. Experience with computer aided design software and Most days will be outdoors on project sites except extreme weather conditions or as necessary where you will support projects in the office as required.
Our work week is based on a 40 hours with five 8-hour days plus a lunch break. We provide 100% health and dental to qualified individuals as well as vacation , sick time and 401K opportunities after 6 months of employment.
Salary will be based on the individual applicant's experience and is salary is subject to review after the first 6 months and annually thereafter or as appropriate
