Our Company is seeking a land surveyor in our Cleveland, Ohio office.

- Preparation of survey drawings.
- Creation of survey plats and legal descriptions.
- Research property information.
- Perform survey calculations, including right-of-way, centerline, and boundary calculations.
- Prepare projects for field work.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Ability to multitask and support other staff members.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ideal candidates will have 4 years of experience. Ohio PS license is a plus.
