A renowned firm based out in Tucson, AZ is looking for a Patent/Intellectual Property Attorney to their team. The Patent/Intellectual Property Attorney with five years plus experience would be a ideal fit. It is completely Onsite and if you relocate, relocation cost will be paid.
- The ideal attorney candidate is registered with the USPTO and holds a PhD in Molecular Biology or a related field of study.
- The candidate must have a well-tuned and broad understanding of science, the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action, an excellent academic record, a great work ethic, effective writing skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills to work well with team members and clients, superior judgment, and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects.
- The ideal candidate must also have experience with the following: global patent prosecution and portfolio management, freedom to operate, licensing and other technology transactions, and IP due diligence related to merger and acquisitions.
- Full-time position.
- Pay Range is $200,000 - $250,000 plus profit sharing and bonus opportunities(DOE)
- Billable hours of 1820 hours per year.
