Responsibilities:
- Diagnose plumbing problems and identify appropriate solutions.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, faucets, and water heaters.
- Install new plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances according to specifications.
- Conduct inspections and assessments of plumbing systems to identify potential issues.
- Provide estimates for plumbing services and communicate pricing to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on jobs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and answer questions.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and new plumbing technologies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of jobs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Service Technician or similar role.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Work hours may vary based on customer demand, typical work week mon-fri 9-6 or 8-5
- Work environments may include residential homes, commercial buildings, and outdoor locations.
