Job Posting for Service Network Product Manager at Wabash
As a Service Network Product Manager, you will champion a visionary service network strategy and tactically develop, manage, and support a portfolio of service solutions for fleet operators leveraging our best-in-class network of dealers and service provider partners. Activities include, but are not limited to, supporting the selling process, gathering voice of customer insights, and actively developing our partner service network.
Your Responsibilities:
Maintain product roadmaps, which are comprised of environmental scanning (competitive, regulatory, macro trends), vision, battlegrounds and new technology
Utilize product roadmaps to direct resource allocation and integrate solutionstrategy
Oversee the developing and managing of new service ideafunnels
Understand market problems and the company's unique abilities tosolve
Assist and create go-to-market programs that align with long-term agreement process for Wabash strategic customers and buying process for our customers
Support commercial organization with market and product expertise
Actively manage cross-functional program teams through regular gate reviews by communicatingprogram status, issues and risks to respective programstakeholders
Facilitate both direct and indirect sales opportunities via the network to assure the fleet derives maximum benefit from their partnership with Wabash through the full product lifecycle
Assess the needs of our fleet customers and assure that the network footprint & quality can support at the level required to maximize equipment uptime
Seek opportunities to enhance ourvalue proposition, service coverage, capabilities, and speed tomarket
Developtools and processes that promote high levels of open communication, critical thinking,and accountability throughout theenterprise

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Master'sDegree (Degree Desired:MS or MBA) preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in the business of the maintenance and repair of trailers preferably with a large national fleet or service management company
Comfortable operating at both executive and service shop / parts counter levels
Possess the ability to motivate external & internal parties to develop and deliver connected solutions that create value for the fleet driving loyalty while reducing customer friction
Familiarity with value proposition design, market definition, and segmentation
PMP certification or other industry recognized project management certifications plus
Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt or Master Black Belt) Certification preferred
