As a Sr. Manager, Sales Operations, you will work on a variety of demand management, commercial analytics, and Salesforce enablement. Activities include, but are not limited to commercial analytics, demand management, process automation, CRM maintenance and execution, and identifying the capabilities needed to meet the current and emerging business needs of a significant business area. In this position, you will motivate others to develop their capabilities and fulfill their personal potential by implementing performance management processes, which will empower people to do extraordinary things to achieve the organization's business goals.
