Advisor Assistant:
Seeking a motivated individual to join a growing team of financial planners/advisors to make an immediate impact. The ideal candidate will be a life-long learner with a strong desire to work with others, always placing the client first. Some Responsibilities Include:
- Work 30-40 hours per week
- Answering phones, filing, scheduling appointments
- Assist advisor with operational workflow
- Reporting and data entry
- Diligent note taking and communication

Requirements:
- Successfully pass the background, criminal, and financial and regulatory review
- Previous securities experience preferred but not required
- Work in the same office as employing advisors
- Sign confidentiality agreement and privacy agreements
- Adhere to outside business activities requirements
- Subject to written supervisory procedures
- If licensed, subject to requirements prior to hire
Compensation:
- Salary
