As an Associate Internal Investigator, you are responsible for investigating and resolving Waffle House Associate and Customer complaints by gathering and analyzing facts. In this role, you will resolve complaints by working as a team with the Internal Investigations Department and Senior Level Restaurant Managers to reinforce Company policies.

The Associate Investigator is a Support Team role based out of our Corporate Office in Norcross, GA in the metro Atlanta area. What you'll do:

• Review and assess complaints as assigned
• Gather essential documentation for investigations
• Coordinate investigations with our Restaurant Operations team
• Conduct witness interviews via phone and/or Zoom
• Collect critical evidence not limited to sworn written statements
• Make disciplinary recommendations
• Summarize investigations in case management system
• Effectively communicate with relevant Restaurant Operators and Support Team members

Experience/Educational Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite proficient
• Working knowledge of AS400 software preferred
